Designing your personal life coaching programme
After an initial assessment session a coaching programme will be designed that meets your specific requirements. Most people have a minimum of six 45 minute sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
At each session you will work with your life coach to explore what it is you want to achieve, look at new ideas and options and test them out. Your coach will challenge and motivate you and, most importantly, keep you on the right track.
The fee for the personal coaching programme reflects each person's needs and circumstances and is agreed with each coach. Once a fee is agreed there are no additional charges.
Our life coaches work mainly on the telephone as telephone coaching is a convenient and effective way to be coached. No time is lost travelling and we are able to provide evening and weekend sessions.
Face to face coaching or a one-off initial meeting can be arranged if you are within travelling distance of Brighton or London.
