Curve offer a range of tailor made programmes for employers who want to continue to support their working parents through dynamic and unique workshops delivered in the workplace.

Survey and case study evidence suggests a number of specific pay-offs for companies who have introduced parent friendly strategies - increase in staff morale; decreased absenteeism; skilled staff are retained and better returns are gained from training; decrease in staff turnover and reduction in recruitment costs.

Our tailor made programmes can either be delivered as extended lunchtime (2 hours), half day (3 hours) or full day (5 hours) workshops depending on your requirements.   The workshops are fully interactive and are suitable for parents with children of any age. Each parent leaves the workshop with a positive strategy to move forward.

Curve Parenting also offers workshops for parents with children of particular ages; returning to work after maternity or paternity leave and choosing child care. We can also provide one to one sessions for parents who have a specific family problem that may be affecting their work.

We operate a sliding fee scale according to the size of your business and the specifications of the workshop you would like.
